Chibiterasu sonlight Her son. She loves all living things, as they are all her children, but there's a special fondness reserved in her heart for her direct descendant! She had to send him to Nippon so soon, but now she can come to know him. Before she was "updated", they were good buddies. Now that she remembers, the maternal instinct that was lacking from before is... slightly less lacking. Ammy is still not the best mother out there.

Kurow lunaria He's like a miniature Waka! But not! Knowing his fate makes interactions with him fairly sad, but it's very nice that he has a second chance, in Vatheon. He really is just like a kid, so it can be worrying even to Amaterasu at times, just how seriously he takes things. But... she knows she can take him babe hunting sometime.

Equius Zahhak stayb100ponyboy Poor Equius. He can't handle anything that he cares for because he's too STRONG. Amaterasu can sympathize to a point; she can't always communicate with other people, so there are times where she can't tell someone what she really needs to tell them. It's this understanding of the double-edged sword that makes Amaterasu worry about him; she hopes she can help him realize how to best use his strength and find a way to compromise the downsides of it.

Karkat Vantas bethehugejerk The angriest dude. But somehow it's hard to take that anger seriously. As a result, Amaterasu has already announced to him that she thinks of him as a friend (as is typical of Ammy, to be honest) and has happily engaged in a round of play-fighting with him. Lately, she's happy to provide the sort of calming presence he seems to need; she's never worried about him and trusts he'll do the responsible thing, and whether it's the absence of worrying or the trust, Karkat seems to appreciate it. She's come to see him a lot more along the lines of an equal, in certain ways. Though Ammy isn't really a group leader, she does fight for good, and the impression she gets from Karkat is that he, too, has the best intentions. Which is something that Amaterasu has great respect for. Karkat seems to be struggling in his role, so Amaterasu is doing her best to share her experience with him, as well as her own resolve. She sees some of herself in him, in small ways. Not in the rampant self-hatred or any other manifestation of low or absent self-esteem because she is completely opposite in that regard, but in his ability to be pro-active in getting good things done, particularly amongst his group. She actually wants to introduce to him the idea of being even more open and helpful with people, because she thinks he would do really amazing good if he put the effort into it. She has a lot of faith in him, and she thinks he is destined for great things. He might gripe and moan about how much shit goes wrong, but she still thinks that if he sticks through it, he'll make a difference. In a way, he did, when Yami descended on Vatheon's island. Karkat became the incarnate of Kabegami, and though it's a silly power, it's one perfectly suited to Karkat's resourcefulness. That whole thing made the bizarre communication between the two all the stranger, since Karkat is able to get a "gist" of what Ammy's thinking at any time.

Mitsuhide wavesoakedlegs A man from Nippon's future, but not of a "modern" era. He still rings familiar and true to Amaterasu, and after Yami descended, the faith he radiates is pure. Of all in Vatheon, he is the one who knows best how to pray to a god, and he knows her radiance best. Even though he expressed doubts in his faith before, that he has beholden the power of the gods in himself as the incarnate of Gekigami briefly has revived his faith in Amaterasu. That faith is what keeps her energized, in Vatheon, giving her great comfort and power like ages of old. Of course, though he is extremely formal and nervous, she much prefers him to be calm around her, since she behaves so casually, herself.

Mitsuru Kirijo invoker Ah, Mitsuru... what a beautiful woman! Cold and distant, despite that firey red hair. Ammy can only imagine how much Issun would want to paint her! Of course, Mitsuru has been very supportive of Ammy, in a few times of need.

Okumura Rin flaming_twin A fun guy with some damn delicious food! He became the incarnate of Yomigami, the god of Restoration. Quite fitting, for him, since his "demon" side is very destructive! Now he's a very interesting concept of Yin-Yang (not that Ammy even knows that symbol, that doesn't hit her Nippon for a while yet). But, more importantly, he gives her tasty food and loves good food as much as she does.

Rinoa Heartilly sorcery-fledgling Heeeeeey, pretty lady! She's always around Ammy, and provides very good company. Ammy doesn't know a whole lot about her, but that's okay. Rinoa's sweet personality is all Ammy needs to want to be around!

Yukari Takeba tsundyne Yukari is a lovely lady! And Ammy appreciates lovely ladies. Since Yukari is actually quite a charming girl, as well, Ammy is perfectly content to fill the role of 'cute dog' to get some attention.

Zelos Wilder chosen_gigolo A pretty interesting fellow, who spoils her nice and good! He treats her more like a dog than a person, but that's fine, too. She doesn't really mind, since he doesn't treat her poorly.
